MY FAVORITE MOVIE!!!

Backstory to this video and why I'm proud of it:

1) The DVD copy I had of this takes up a fraction of the screen, so I re-rendered the film to zoom in and have the movie take up the whole frame and the quality is still alright.

2) I had just gotten a new laptop and, in the beginning, it was NOT liking the idea of video editing. It took a while to convince my laptop that this is an okay hobby. So I really did this entire video... somewhat blind? I mean literally, I couldn't see what I was making as I was making it because my laptop didn't want to show it. None of it was loading in the preview window. I went off of my memory for where the scenes were. Because of this video, I'm convinced that if I were to start losing my sight and going literally blind, I could still vid as a hobby.

It still has the issues of me just doing all of these quick-fade transitions (ugh I hate it, why), but hey, it's at least alright.

**I believe at the time of posting this, the song is blocked for copyright in many (but not all) countries. That comes and goes.

Harry Potter - Dare You to Move

July 2014 Fandom: Harry Potter Song: Dare You to Move by Switchfoot Description: A Harry Potter video appreciating how epic he is without even trying sometimes. Also a very happy 25th birthday to Daniel Radcliffe! He's a lot more than Harry Potter, so this isn't the best gift, but hey! It definitely shows his roots. Also how epic he can be without even trying sometimes ;) This one is a dedication to the character Harry Potter himself, and all of the amazing things he can accomplish in spite of his humility. I definitely pushed myself with this vid because I had it perfectly laid out in my head, and I didn't think I had the technical skills to get it quite right. In hindsight - I definitely did not have the technical skills to get it right. The transitions are all just really, REALLY quick fades.
